ADM Product Quality Testing
In this blog post, we discuss the importance of product quality and how ADM determines whether a product is suitable for sale to our customers.
From the day Glenn Bates formed ADM Systems in 1986, the quality of customer service and products has been at the heart of what we do.
We are not just about getting the sale. We want any solution we offer to be fit for purpose and to be able to offer that solution at a fair price.
This means product assessment and quality testing are of a high priority to us.
Before we introduce a new product to the market, we assess the supplier to ensure that they are manufacturing products to the standards needed in Australia and that they can provide the necessary support should something go wrong. Let us face it, even a Mercedes can break down.
But we do not just take their word for it.
We also put the product through its paces in our own engineering workshops.
Our technical team will then produce a report for the Product Leader so that they can assess whether the product is suitable for use in Australia.

We understand that our customers do not want to be dealing with a breakdown and all the hassle it can cause. Therefore, we want to be as confident as we can be that any product is fit for purpose and that we can support our customers where required.
