The EL.CO. company opened its doors for business in 1986, developing its own static relays, linear power supply units, switching gear, and interfaces, as well as analogue and digital temperature controllers. 

Today, Elco manufactures both analogue and microprocessor-based type temperature controllers. They are simple to use and offer a high degree of flexibility when it comes to monitoring and controlling temperature within a process. This is due to the number and type of inputs available, combined with onboard functions, such as PID control and the AUTOTUNNING function, which features on some models.
